today I tried to draw a celebrity since I want to work on not only drawing more realistic portraits but also getting the likeness, so I used a (terrible to draw from) photo of kristen dunst.  I was really happy with how it came out technically, but really unhappy with how it came out just as an image.  it reminds me too much of those conte crayon caricatures that I don’t like.
